The app „Barcode Snapper“ (hereinafter „App“) is provided by Daniel Herrmann (hereinafter „Provider“). By using the App, you agree to this disclaimer.

The App is provided „as is“ and without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.
2. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App. This includes in particular:
- Loss or corruption of locally stored codes and logos
- Errors in barcode recognition
- Problems with imported logos or widgets
- Malfunctions or failures of App features
- Damages caused by advertising content from Google AdMob
3. Third-Party Services
The App uses services provided by Google (AdMob, Firebase, ML Kit). These services may process Device or other IDs, User IDs, Approximate Location, App Interactions, as well as Crash Logs and Diagnostics. For these services, only Google’s terms of use and liability provisions apply. The Provider has no influence on their availability, functionality, or content and assumes **no liability** for them.
4. Affiliate Links and External Shops
The App contains links to external providers (e.g. Amazon, eBay). When you use these links, you leave the App. The Provider assumes no liability for the content, prices, availability, or transactions on these external websites. The contractual partner for any purchases is exclusively the respective external provider.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or non-use of the App. This also applies if the possibility of such damage was known.
